FYI: Upcoming Travel

I leave Spokane for San Francisco on Sunday the 23rd then off to India on Monday afternoon. I'll begin posting to this blog after I leave on Sunday.

A Guest in India

Exploring India from the seat of my bicycle evokes a potpouri of thoughts and emotions - some are of awe-inspiring sites and historic destinations, others of desparaging circumstances and difficulties. The most abundant of all the ingredients in this potpouri however, are the unimaginable mysteries and unanswered questions that only India itself tells her guests - the ones only discovered by BEING there. I sure hope you will join me, my bike and my camera as a guest in India!

Meet Jan… she lives in California with her husband and co-adventurer Maxwell. Together or apart they visit, explore and experience new, old and favorite places throughout the world and you will often find one or more of their children joining in on the fun. They also have home in Hayden Idaho which is where we met – and where I received my invitation to join this ride – Tour d’Afrique’s India Adventure. My heartfelt thanks go to Jan and Maxwell for making this whole experience possible!

Family and friends are life's best treasures and mine are all very deserving of my sincerest thanks. As we experience life together at home, work or play, your encouragement, support and relationships make things like this possible. I rely on you more than you probably realize. Thank you for the daily stuff - the little things that build to create the hope in me to reach beyond myself and attempt the adventurous.
